Brannon's Biography

I was born in Myrtle Beach, SC on June 25, 1980 at Grand Strand Memorial Hospital. I have moved many times up to this point, starting in Myrtle Beach, SC, then Columbia (2yrs), Melbourne, FL (2yrs), Columbia, SC (2yrs), Sumter (2yrs), Spartanburg, SC (1yr), Myrtle Beach, SC (2yrs), Charlotte, NC (3 yrs), and then on to Boiling Springs, NC for College at Gardner-Webb University. My parents, however, moved back to Columbia, SC for 2yrs, then to Myrtle Beach, SC where they reside now.

I attended Gardner-Webb Univeristy in Boiling Springs, NC from August 1998 until December 2001, where I left and joined the United States Air Force. As an Air Force member I attended basic training at Lackland Air Force base in San Antonio, TX (June 04, 2002). After completion of Basic I was shipped off to Keesler Air Force base in sunny/humid Biloxi, MS for Tech School in Aerospace Control and Warning Systems. Once completed, I was assigned to a Top Secret facility, NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense) Cheyenne Mountain, located in Colorado Springs, CO. I worked for the Air Warning Center which is basically designed to monitor all incoming and outgoing military and civilian aircraft in and out of North America. I worked in NORAD for 4 years and separated from the Air Force on Feb 2006.

I received my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Gardner-Webb University. I am also GCCS/UNIX certified with knowledge in systems that are used by the Department of Defense to monitor Air, land, Maritime, space, and missile tracks that could pose a threat to national security. * please see resume for further information *

After my military years, I went to work for Lockheed Martin, located at NORAD, in Colorado Springs, CO. As a GCCS Senior Core Operator I was responsible for monitoring communications channels, updating software, and ensuring that mission critical systems were running properly.

Presently, I have left Lockheed Martin and now work for NCI Information Systems, INC. located in the middle of no where Omaha, NE. I am still working on the same system as previously listed, but on a different scale. I support the Global Operation's Center in identifying, analyzing, and reacting to real world situation's as they may arise.

I am still currently working with NCI Information Systems, and still love it, however we are eagerly pressing to get back closer to the East Coast.  In addition, I am attending Liberty University where I will be graduating with my MA in Human Services with a specialization in Business May 2008.

I have recently left NCI Information Systems INC., an extremely wonderful company, to pursue a career in Suffolk, VA working Scientific Research Corporation at the Office of Secretary of Defense Joint Testing and Evaluation facility.  It is great to be a part of the South again after spending almost a decade away from it.  It is so wonderful to be able to go eat anywhere and get sweet tea without any objections or funny looks.

Lisa's Biography

I was born in smallville Roanoke, VA. I attended both Cave Spring High School and Salem High School in Roanoke and Salem VA.

I served the United States Air Force for my enlistment of four years in Colorado Springs, CO. I would have loved to stay in alot longer than I did, but, my tour of duty was to go to Iraq the following summer. While I would have love to contributed my time over there, my priority remains with my family. During my enlistment I got to see different countries. I went to Germany, Turkey, and Kyrghystan. I served in Kyrghystan for 6 months before we went to war with Iraq.

I commend the military for all the efforts in the fight in the Global War On Terror. Right now, I am currently seeking my degree in Political Science. I hope to utilize this degree from the Political standpoint and be involved with our United States Government. In 4 years (or possibly more) I will hopefully be back on the East Coast in the Political Arena. At the moment, I stay home and take care of our gorgeous girls and help them with their everyday learning and facination for life and what it's all about!!!
